I just wanted to say how thankful I am to have such a great mom. She has always shown me love. I always knew she loved me, but only through being a mom myself have I learned to trully understand and appreciate her and all she has done and does for me. She has shown much strength over the course of my life and I'm sure before, and I admire her desire to bring the gospel to those who need it. I have been blessed to see her kindness and generosity given to those who she intended at first to convert, but connected with them on a different level, and those who did believe and joined the church and has grown in the gospel beyond expectation. She can make friends with a total stranger in seconds and laugh with those that are in the worst of moods. She has shown me, what it means to have faith and trust in the lord, even when you don't agree at the moment. I never went one night without a meal in my stomach, or clothes on my back, or the spirit in our home. She has been there for me in the toughest of times and the happiest of times. She has always set the highest standards for me and helped me achieve reaching those standards. She is a loving, patient Grandmother whose grandchildren adore her as much as they possibly can. I wouldn't change a thing about her or my childhood, this day I celebrate her and who she is!!!!
I also wanted to say how extremely humble and gratified I am to have three perfectly healthy and loving children who I wouldn't trade for anything. I am blessed to be a mother and carry out all the things I learned from my mother with them. They are the center of my world and what keeps me motivated to be better. I am deeply greatfull for their friendship, love, acceptance, innocence, and playfulness they possess. I could not be happier and content with my life with of them and their sweet spirits. I am grateful for them and my mom this day and will cherish them FOREVER!!!

Wow, Michelle your mom is sure blessed that you feel that way about her. She has told me that she admires so much about you. Your strength of character, your wonderful sense of humor and being able to laugh at yourself. She thinks you are a deeply spiritual woman, that has shown all your life. From when she heard your prayers at night and you said, "I am grateful for Jesus and can't wait for his wonderful second coming". She loves watching you raise 3 gorgeous children, and would love to help you more with all the challenges children and especially 'miss drama queen'. She has told me she didn't think she could love a child more as they got older but she was wrong, love has turned into a complete devotion that would stand the test of eternity. The way she talks about you makes me think she is the luckiest MOM in the world because of you, and who you are.
Michelle I loved your post! I couldn't agree with you more about the quality mother you were so blessed with...I feel equally as blessed to have her as a sister.
