I have been blessed to be surrounded by the best fathers in the world!!! Literally!! My parents were both raised by loving fathers who provided them with the best environment possible, in turn my mom chose a man with the same qualities and my father took after his dad. My own dad was always there for me. He tried so hard to do his best at juggling work and being a dad. He frequently took off work to go on vacations and was almost always home for dinner and FHE. He always got up with me in the morning before seminary and made me breakfast (even if it was toast with butter cut up in a cup : )) I couldn't have asked for more from him. He seems to know alot about alot. Whenever I had a question he always had an answer for me. He made sure we said our prayers before meals and car trips. He was always willing, ready and able to give fathers blessing for sickness, or before the school year or whatever was needed. He always did his best to get me out of my own messes and supported me even when I knew he was usure of the outcome. I remember fighting with Greg over the chair, to sit next to him at dinner, we would start calling it the second we got up. He has been a missionary to hundreds, bishop to a ward, a soldier to our country, a lawer, a mentor and friend to many, a scoutmaster to countless boy scouts, a husband to my mom, and a father to 6 children. HE DOES IT ALL!!! He has always been very reliable and worked very hard to get to where he is. I love him for all that he is and all he has done for me. Happy Fathers day dad! I LOVE YOU!!
Marsh, Marsh, Marsh...He is such a huge example to me and our kids. He has made some huge sacrifices and changed so much to be the man he is today. He has shown so much dedication, responsibility, integrity, bravery, leadership, strength, love, and follow through than I have ever seen in any one person. He is on his way to to the top and nobody deserves it more than he does. He is so playful with the kids and they are just dying by the end of the day to play with him when he comes home. I have so much enjoyed seeing his transformation and strength (that he has always possesed) in the last 2 years. He is a very hard worker and it has definatley payed off. Any child would be lucky to have him as their father. I am so happy for him and everything he has accomplished. He is going to just get better from here on. I can't wait to be sealed to him in the House of our Lord. Happy Fathers day Marsh, I am so proud to have you as my childrens Dad!!!
Happy Fathers day to all those fathers out there!!!
